Return or Exchange
Return or Exchange Conditions
- You can cancel an order before the product ships. If you haven't paid, you can cancel it yourself. If you have already paid, please contact our customer service (info@linendawn.com) to help you cancel. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can choose to return or exchange, please note that you must contact us within 30 working days after receiving the product. Any requests after 30 business days will not be entertained.
- All returns must be approved. Please email us (info@linendawn.com) first, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Note: we do not charge an additional handling fee for returns or exchanges, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.
- To initiate a return: Please email info@linendawn.com with a photo or video of the item and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine whether your return request is eligible within 3 business days.
- Returns: If your return is accepted, we will send you return address instructions and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund:
- If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days
- If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again first, then contact your credit card company, it may take processing time for your refund to be official release.
- If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please feel free to contact us info@linendawn.com.
- To initiate an exchange: Please email info@linendawn.com with a photo or video of your item and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine if your exchange request is eligible.
- Shipping: If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions for the return address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Exchange:
- We will notify and provide replacement service within 3-5 working days after the item is received and inspected.
- We will charge you £6.99 for shipping on a new package.Once the new package ships, a tracking link for your shipment will be emailed to you.
- Package delivery time varies by region/logistics, but takes an average of 5-15 working days, excluding public holidays and weekends.
